The reviews of programs could have only been written by the companies which develop those things and sell them for unbelievable mark-ups, like MS Word, for example, at $300.00 and going, for a thing that cost them 10 cents a piece.
My comment is about Incredimail. Again, I see the reviews on negative aspects advertising, no negative aspects. We have Incredimail 2/Premium now, but were with Incredimail for years. Yes, it is a good email program - if you are a teenager-, that is. For business emails, or sober emails for any reason, not so good. Some of our partners and friends who do not have Incredimail are simply unable to handle the colorful backgrounds, so, emails can only be send with no backgrounds at all.
Most importantly and the reason for this comment is the fact that Incredimail is on its way out. For two months now (July 2010 to date) Incredimail support is no longer available for any reason, be that technical, general, purchase reasons, whatever. We tried to contact the company itself on its homepage, on the investment level, on the media level, nothing, all dead. The offices are all abandoned, telephone numbers no longer available, all staff laid off.
It is sad that Incredimail head office could not be bothered to make an announcement, especially with respect for all customers who paid for VIP service, as we did and are now left out in the dark.
